Members are invited to register for our second ‘Advocacy Series’ seminar on conciliation skills, to be held on  Wednesday, 18 September 2024 at 5:00 pm.

Doing a deal or maximising your gain?  With all but a handful of disputes resolved through agreement, what can you learn about how the experts prepare for success in their conciliations?  What works?  And what should you forget about?
