Promoting productive enterprise agreements project - Fair Work Commission

The Fair Work Commission is inviting all employers, employees and their representatives to submit enterprise agreement clauses that they believe are productivity enhancing or innovative to be considered for inclusion in a Commission research project.

Participation in the project is an opportunity for employers, employees and their representatives to showcase productivity and innovation achievements in agreements. However, nominations can also be made confidential on request.

ALERA National Conference - Registrations Open

The next ALERA National Conference will be hosted by the Industrial Relations Society of Queensland at the Sofitel Broadbeach from 28-30 August 2014.

The Conference's theme: Productivity and Workplace Relations into the Future sets the scene for the event. Student Essay Competition Winner

The Executive Committee wishes to congratulate the winners of the 2013 Student Essay Competition.

The Competition has been running for some years now and continues to grow in popularity. The quality of all entries received is remarkable and deciding a winner is not an easy task.

Congratulations to Sean Mulcahy of Monash University for his winning entry in the undergraduate category: "Still Unfinished Business: Wage Compensation and Workplace Justice for Aboriginal Workers."
