The IRSV will be hosting a number of Professional Development opportunities for practitioners throughout 2023.

These sessions will be facilitated by members of the Fair Work Commission, and will be hosted online.

The Secure Jobs, Better Pay Bill introduced in 2022, presents a number of changes to the Fair Work Act. These changes include many procedural changes for practitioners when interacting with the Commission. This year, we will provide briefing sessions for practitioners on some of these changes.

This is a free event open to members and non-members but registration is required.

We will host these online briefings in April and July 2023
